This is a full-time hybrid role as a Business Associate at Zylus Homes & Property, Ibadan Chapter, a Subsidiary of Zylus Group International, with flexibility for remote work. The Business Associate would be responsible for tasks such as real estate sales, and property negotiations. The role involves providing top-notch services to partners and clients, contributing to the growth and success of the business.
The Business Associate must reside in Ibadan.
Qualifications
Real Estate, Client Management, and Sales skills.
Negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
HND or Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably Marketing, Banking, Business, or related field.
