Business Analyst at Swifta Systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/ Computer Science or related field
• Have at least 5 years of experience in the IT Governance or IT Security Governance
• Strong verbal and written communication skills including syndicating IT topics with technical and non-technical employees
• Excellent interpersonal, strong people management and communication skills both written and oral with proven ability to communicate at all levels.
• Preferred to have strong IT governance experience
• Able to have holistic view, able to bridge people, process and information in order to produce appropriate results; ability to see beyond the dot.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving and decision making.
• A self-starter to learn and broaden knowledge to continuously add values to the organization.
• IT Audit and risk management background
