About the Role

• We are looking for a process- and data-driven Business Analyst who can translate business needs, customer problems and operational requirements into clear, practical and scalable solutions.
• The ideal candidate should have experience working in a startup, technology or product-driven environment, preferably within FinTech, Banking, E-commerce, EdTech or SaaS. The role requires someone who is comfortable working across teams, analysing data, designing workflows, documenting requirements, testing solutions and managing stakeholders.
• This is a business and product-focused role; the ability to write code is not a requirement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant Business Analysis experience, preferably within a startup, technology or product-driven organisation.
• Proven experience working with or managing products in FinTech, Banking, E-commerce, EdTech or SaaS is highly desirable.
• Strong experience in business process analysis, workflow design and requirements gathering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with data and derive actionable insights.
• Experience developing process flows, user journeys, business requirements and functional documentation.
• Experience with UAT, user-centric testing and solution validation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous and changing startup environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile/product development methodologies.

Preferred / Added Advantages:

• Agile or professional certification such as PMP, CBAP, Scrum, PMI-PBA or equivalent.
• Experience with AI-powered tools and solutions and an understanding of how AI can improve business processes or products.
• Proficiency in diagramming and process-mapping tools such as Miro, Lucidchart, Microsoft Visio, Draw.io or equivalent.
• Experience with data analysis and visualisation tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL or similar tools is an advantage.
• Experience working directly with product, engineering and design teams in a technology startup.
