Job Summary

• As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business operations, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• You will collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze data, create reports, and make recommendations for optimizing processes and achieving organizational goals.
• Your role involves translating business requirements into technical solutions, providing insights to support decision-making, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, performance, and financial data to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor key business metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive process improvements.
• Perform market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the premium dental industry.
• Support the development and implementation of business strategies and operational plans.
• Provide recommendations based on data analysis to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance revenue generation.
• Communicate insights and findings to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
• Participate in project planning, execution, and post-implementation reviews.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
• Proven experience as a business analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly dental practices, is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
