Perform requirements gathering and analysis in order to provide high quality and detailed requirements, ensuring the closest involvement with, and agreement from, the user community
Production of high quality and on-time Business Requirements Specification (BRS) documents, Business Process Flow documents, Test plans and relevant end-user training documents.
Model processes to clarify business requirements, and to enhance or re-engineer business processes, prior to, or in parallel with, solution design and implementation, as necessary
Collaborate with developers to ensure adherence to business requirements and UI design specifications
Develop training and support programs for implementations, as needed and provide go-live post implementation support to business units
Requirements
Required:
A bachelor’s degree in project management, Information Technology, or other related discipline. Post-graduate degree in related field preferred, professional certifications like ECBA, CCBA or CBAP would be an advantage.
A minimum of 3 years in Business Analyst function.
Preferred:
Understand current requirements elicitation, analysis, specification, and verification, and the ability to apply them in practice
Have the knowledge of process engineering and process improvements
