Business Analyst – Planning & Reporting at Avant Halogen

Avant Halogen is seeking to recruit a Business Analyst – Planning & Reporting for a client in LAGOS.

Job Description:

• The ideal candidate will prepare plans for the month based on the model that are discussed and analyzed with the team to bring qualitative input on coming up with the optimal plan that is cascaded to
• team KPIs and individual KPIs.
• The ideal candidate will ensure the team achieve the goals and gives clear direction on what teams need to get done.
• The ideal candidate will to the head of Control tower and work with the team data officers to report on the day to day dashboards on key defined operating metrics, determine deviations from plan and
• reasons around this and work closely with the Head of control tower, people performance team and COO to remedy the deviations.
• The ideal candidate will work with the MIS team and Tech to automate the daily and monthly dashboards.

Job requirements

• A degree in Data analytics/Engineering/Statistics/Actuarial Science/ Finance/Economics 5-7 years’ experience in any consulting
• The ideal candidate must be an associate or analyst in PE/Venture capital firms or investment banking background, or with background in corporate finance.
• The ideal candidate must possess industry experience in technology businesses, FMCG/supply chain businesses is a good addition.
