Job Summary

• We are looking for an analytical Business Analyst to help bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
• You will work closely with stakeholders to analyze processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Identify problems, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Understand business processes and workflows.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements
• Support project planning, testing, and implementation
• Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for stakeholders
• Collaborate with IT, product, finance, and operations teams
• Monitor KPIs and measure project outcomes

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a relating field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with requirements gathering and documentation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work with data, processes, and systems
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
