• Overdue Payment Follow Up & Recovery
• Post Disbursal Customer Performance Review
• Business development
• Customer Interface
• Outstanding presentation, reporting and effective communication skills
• Confidence to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business related qualification (Masters with specialization in Finance will be an added advantage)
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
