Job Summary: The Business Analyst will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making across the organization by delivering high-quality analysis, generating strategic insights, and supporting the execution of key business initiatives. The role will work closely with leadership to evaluate business performance, identify growth opportunities, and improve operational efficiency.

Description

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and uncover actionable insights.
• Support the development and execution of business strategies through data-backed recommendations.
• Translate complex data into clear insights to guide strategic decision-making.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics within the fintech ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain regular performance reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Track key business metrics and provide insights on performance against targets.
• Support the execution of strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop workplans, track milestones, and monitor progress against defined objectives.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for optimization within ongoing projects.
• Engage stakeholders to gather, document, and clarify business requirements.
• Work closely with leadership, product, operations, finance, and other teams to align on priorities and deliver insights.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions to solve business problems and drive alignment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a Business Analyst, Strategy, Consulting, or similar role.
• Experience within a fintech or financial services environment is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with SQL or data querying tools is a strong advantage.
• Experience working in an Agile or fast-paced environment.
