JOB SUMMARY

• The Business Analyst is to help in the improvement of the Company's Business System by providing strong Analysis and Research that contains solutions to the Business Problems.
• He/she must have a full understanding of the Business Trend, while they also guide the Organization to improve the process and quality of our products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Analysing Business Processes
• Implementing effective solutions to Business Problems
• Conducting detailed market research and competitive analysis
• Regular reporting and analysis
• Exploring different solutions, their risks, benefits and impacts
• Using data modelling techniques to identify ways in which an organisation can operate more effectively.
• Leading and Managing Teams.
• Formulating ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any other related field
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Critical thinking ability
• Tech Savvy
• Attention to detail
• Excellent Negotiation skill
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
