Business Manager at Genesis Deluxe Cinemas (GDC)

Requirements

• B.Sc / B.A in Business Management or relevant fields
• MBAwill be an added advantage
• Candidates must possess 3 - 5 years of managerial experience from any industry, preferably the hospitality industry
• Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Candidate must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidate must possess excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Candidate must be able to organize and co-ordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
• Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
• Demonstrableleadership experience, must have successfully led a team of more than 5 people.
