Bursar at Usman Danfodio University

Interested and qualified candidates should send their Application Letters (30 copies) accompanied by 30 copies of the candidate's detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV). The CV must contain, among others, the following:

• The candidate's name in full
• Age
• Marital status
• Nationality
• Educational attainments with dates
• Number of Ph.D candidates supervised and graduated
• Research output
• Academic and non-academic recognition
• Professional achievements
• Scholarly publications in renowned domestic and international journals with dates, and books.
• Certificate of birth or statutory declaration of age
• Certificate of medical fitness based on documented comprehensive medical examination from a government hospital.
• A statement of the candidate's Vision for the Usmanu Danfodiyo University in the 21st century of not more than 1500 words (30) copies).
• Names of three (3) referees who should be in a position to attest to the candidate's claim to high academic standard, managerial capacity and moral uprightness.

All applications are to be forwarded under confidential cover in an envelope marked at the upper left hand corner "POST OF VICE CHANCELLOR - Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto" to:

Sokoto State.

A soft copy of the application and CV should also be sent to: registrar@udusok.edu.ng using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.

Note

• In the case of a nominated or 'searched candidate", the CV must be accompanied by a letter of consent from the candidate.
• The three (3) referees should be requested by the candidate to forward referee's reports directly to the Registrar under confidential cover.
• All shortlisted candidates will be required to make themselves available for interaction with the Joint Council/Senate Selection Board.
• All applications received will be duly acknowledged.
