BSS Engineer
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 5 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Engineering / Technical
What You’ll Do
- Deploy, commission & integrate Huawei 4G eNodeB (Macro & Micro) sites
- Install, align & test Ceragon/Huawei Microwave links (IP-based)
- Troubleshoot RF, transmission & hardware issues (ODU, IDU, feeders, antennas)
- Optimize link performance (RSSI, throughput, latency)
- Perform preventive & corrective maintenance
What We’re Looking For
- BSc/HND in Electrical / Electronics / Telecommunications Engineering
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with Huawei 4G eNodeB & Microwave systems
- Strong understanding of LTE architecture & IP transmission
- Skilled with field tools (Site Master, Power Meter, GPS, Anritsu/Keysight)
- Problem-solver with excellent reporting & communication skills
