Bread Distribution Manager at Foodco Limited

• We are seeking a proactive Bread Distribution Manager to oversee and grow our bread distribution network.
• The role involves onboarding new vendors, managing existing distributors, and driving overall sales performance.
• The successful candidate will ensure sales targets are achieved while building and maintaining strong, beneficial relationships with partners.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3—5 years' experience in distribution management, preferably within FMCG or bakery products.
• Strong vendor onboarding and relationship management skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales/distribution targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
