Branch Supervisor at Robeck Locks Ltd

Location: Mushin, Lagos

Duties

• Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers to guarantee retention.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
• Maintaining an accurate record of all sales and operations transactions of the branch
• Managing the branch facility on a day-to-day basis to safeguard all company’s assets and good ambiance/cleanliness
• Grow the sales of the company’s products and services to both the retail, trade, and wholesale segments.
• Prepare and implement the strategic plan on how to achieve the annual budgeted sales goals.
• Identify and contact potential organizations and individuals for new leads and potential new markets.
• Weekly report on milestones
• Ensure the operational efficiency and sales growth of the branch.
• Identify and elevate brand awareness to increase market share in existing markets and maximize new business development opportunities through various strategies
• Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback and coaching as needed.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Minimum of HND
• Applicants must be residing within Mushin Axis.

Job Specification:

• Up to 3 years in Sales/Customer Service, preferably in Retail.
• Up to 1 year of leading a team.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience in managing a branch facility.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum of 1-yearexperience as a branch supervisor in a retail outlet.
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written, as well as excellent listening skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivator, disciplined, strong work ethic with high integrity.
• Ability to work independently in a goal-oriented manner.
• Meticulous with good attention to detail.
• Exceptional people management skills.
