    *REQUIREMENTS FOR BSO*

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related fiel
    • 2+ years' experience in operations preferred
    • Strong business acume
    • Acute understanding of resource allocation
    • Proficiency suite and other operational software
    • Experience development and modeling human resources
    • Adept problem solver and decision make
    • Excellent communicator both orally and written
    • Detail-oriented, Diligent and proactive
