Branch Manager at Zicli Synergy Limited

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily operations of the Branch
• Managing staff across multiple departments and ensuring they understand their tasks correctly.
• Monitoring each of the operations and devising strategies to streamline them.
• Ensure that branch goals and sales targets are achieved,
• Ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing strategies to improve profitability and branch performance.

Requriements and Skills

• Candidates should have a BA in Business Administration / Marketing or a related field.
• Candidate is required to have strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen.
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse Managing techniques.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills with computer proficiency.
• Must possess good rapport, time management, expert negotiation, strong analytical and project management skill.
• Must be a good team player with Interpersonal skills.
• Must have top-notch management and coordinating skills.
• Must be confident, have a dynamic personality and strong creative outlook to identify target Audience and build strong distribution channels.
• Ability to meet and surpass monthly targets.
• Must have very good knowledge of Abuja geography and product distribution processes.
• Candidate must be agile/willingness to work and should NOT be above 36 years of age.
• Candidate must have minimum 2 year managing experience, with body of work to show for it.
