Job Summary
- We are looking for a results-driven Branch Manager to oversee overall store operations, drive profitability, and lead the team effectively. Candidate must have proven experience in a supermarket setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end branch operations
- Drive sales growth and profitability
- Manage inventory, stock control, and loss prevention
- Supervise and lead store staff and supervisors
- Ensure excellent customer service standards
- Monitor financial performance and reporting
- Implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and revenue
Requirements
- Candidates should possess relevant qualification with 5–12 years experience in supermarket/retail management
- Strong leadership and business management skills
- Experience in sales, operations, and team leadership
