Branch Manager - Epe at Mainstreet Microfinance Bank

We are urgently seeking a highly driven and experienced Branch Manager to lead operations and business growth at our Epe Branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive deposit mobilization and loan portfolio growth
• Achieve branch profitability and performance targets
• Supervise and motivate branch staff for optimal performance
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Build strong customer relationships and expand market presence
• Manage risk, loan recovery, and portfolio quality (PAR)

Requirements:

• Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Banking, Finance, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 5years banking experience (Microfinance experience is an added advantage)
• Proven track record in deposit mobilization and credit marketing
• Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills
• Ability to meet and exceed branch targets
