Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager at Alert Group in Lagos.
- The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, managing staff, building customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in financial services or banking industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
