Bouncer / Doorman at Cyforce Security Limited

The Role

• You will be the vital first impression and last line of defence for high-end bars, clubs, private events, and corporate locations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Access Control: Checking IDs, managing guest lists, and enforcing venue capacity.
• Conflict Resolution: De-escalating tense situations and professionally handling disruptive patrons.
• Security Patrols: Proactively monitoring the venue environment to ensure a safe and secure atmosphere for all guests and staff.
• Customer Service: Greeting patrons warmly and maintaining a friendly, yet firm, demeanor.
• Emergency Response: Acting swiftly and decisively during medical or security emergencies.

We Are Looking For:

• SIA Licence: A valid and up-to-date Security Industry Authority (SIA) Door Supervisor licence is essential.
• Experience: Proven experience in a busy door supervision or bouncer role.
• Physical Fitness: Excellent physical condition and a commanding presence.
• Communication Skills: Clear, professional, and effective verbal communication.
• Reliability: A strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Team Player: The ability to work seamlessly as part of a dedicated security team.
