    BMS Sales Account Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Locate End customers, Consultants and New Honeywell Partners in identified territory for Building Management System (BMS)
    • Work with Honeywell partners & support them to grow their business.
    • Ensure sales target achievement as per the business plan of the division.
    • Provide the necessary marketing support to customers as per the company policy.
    • Interact with Consultants, architects in the identified territory to promote Honeywell solutions.
    • Working with different Pvt & govt bodies for specifying Honeywell solutions.
    • Working with different sectors like manufacturing, IT to sell Honeywell solutions.

    Reporting & Systems:

    • Work closely with the HBT team (tech support, commercial & Sales team members) to ensure focus on customers.
    • Ensure timely completion of all reports & formats for the geographical territory allocated.

    Collections:

    • Ensure timely collection of all outstanding receivables. Help in resolving all outstanding reconciliation issues on a periodic basis
    • Ensure that the credit policy is well understood by the customers.

    Training & Support:

    •  Ensure necessary technical training to the BMS customers.
    • Understand and get branch support to resolve issues of after-sales-support / warranty etc.

    Market Intelligence and Analysis:

    • Continuously monitor developments in the market & competition activities, and ensure timely communication to branch head
    • Meet select end-customers regularly and obtain feedback.

    You Must Have

    • Mandatory - 5+ years in a multi product technology industry in sales
    • Desirable - 8+ years in a multi product technology industry in sales

    • An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
    • Familiar with Channel Sales execution
    • An ability to influence at the operational level
