Blockchain Developer – EVM (Ethereum, L1, L2s) at Crescita Solutions

Role Overview

The Blockchain Developer will build, deploy, and maintain decentralized applications (dApps) and smart contracts on Ethereum core  Layer 1 &/or  Layer 2 blockchains like Base , Abstrac, Arbitrum etc. You’ll collaborate with product and AI teams to integrate blockchain into scalable business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts on Ethereum, Polygon, and other EVM-compatible chains.
• Build dApps that integrate with frontends and backends.
• Optimize gas fees and improve contract efficiency.
• Collaborate with designers and mobile devs on Web3 integration.
• Conduct audits and ensure security of blockchain solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging blockchain protocols and trends.

Requirements & Skills

• Strong knowledge of Solidity or other  EVM-compatible blockchain languages .
• Experience with Truffle, Hardhat, or Foundry frameworks.
• Familiarity with ERC standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155).
• Experience in deploying on Ethereum, Polygon, Base chain , BNB Chain, etc.
• Understanding of blockchain security and best practices.
• Knowledge of DeFi, NFTs, or RWAs  is a plus.
