Blister Packing Machine Operator at Dizpharm Nigeria Limited

• The role will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining blister packaging machines used in the manufacturing of pharmaceuticals products.

Key responsibilities

• Setting up and adjusting machines according to product specifications
• Loading materials and products into machine hoppers or feeders
• Operating controls to Start, Stop, and regulate machine processes
• Monitoring machine operations and making adjustments as needed to ensure proper packaging
• Troubleshooting and resolving machine issues or malfunctions
• Performing routine maintenance on machines, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts
• Inspecting finished products for quality and accuracy
• Completing production reports and records
• Adhering to safety and quality standards at all times

Requirements

• OND or O' Level
• Previous experience operating blister packing machines or similar packaging equipment
• Knowledge Of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA regulations
• Understanding of machine settings and adjustments for different types of product.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks on finished products
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
