Biomedical Engineers at Medcourt Support Services Limited (MSS)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain, repair, and calibrate biomedical equipment, including autoclaves, suction machines, monitors, and diagnostic devices.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure all medical devices comply with safety and performance standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize equipment downtime.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide technical support and training on the proper use and care of equipment.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and equipment performance.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in biomedical engineering and recommend upgrades or new equipment as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital protocols for medical equipment management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience maintaining and repairing medical equipment.
• Strong knowledge of medical devices, including autoclaves, suction machines, and other critical care equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Degree in Biomedical Engineering. (other certifications is an added advantage.)
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and maintenance software.
