Job Summary

A Biomedical Engineer is needed for a medical startup. Must be able to start Immediately. Install and maintain medical devices and equipment such as laparoscopic surgical equipment or operating room equipment, Lab equipment & ultrasounds.

Job Description

• At least 5 years post qualification / (NYSC) experience in medical equipment servicing and installation.
• Must have a Bachelors of Science in Biomedical Engineering or other relevant degrees
• If a Biomedical Technician; must have appropriate certification and proof of experience in relevant fields
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to use hand service tools, measuring equipment etc
• Ability to fix old medical and laboratory equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot non-working medical equipment
• Ability to work with a team of Engineers
• Project management experience
• Good Computer Skills – hardware and software (MS office)
• General understanding of electro-mechanical equipment and mechanical faults
• Must have an excellent work ethic
• Must live close to Ikeja GRA
• Must have schedule flexibility and be willing to work on some weekends
• Must be able to start Immediately
