Job Summary

• We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Biology Teacher to deliver engaging and high-quality science education.
• The ideal candidate will teach both theoretical and practical aspects of biology, inspire students’ interest in life sciences, and support their academic success.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Biology in line with the approved curriculum
• Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans
• Conduct laboratory practicals and experiments safely
• Assess and evaluate students’ academic performance
• Prepare students for internal and external examinations
• Maintain accurate student records and reports
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of laboratory equipment
• Promote a safe and disciplined learning environment

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc / B.Ed) in: Biology, Biological Sciences, Biology Education or a related field
• 2–3 years teaching experience (preferred)
• Strong subject knowledge in Biology
• Ability to conduct and supervise laboratory practicals
• Good classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for teaching and student development

• TRCN registration
• Experience preparing students for WAEC/NECO examinations
• Familiarity with modern teaching methods and lab safety standards.
