Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Biology Teacher to inspire students through engaging, inquiry-based science education. The ideal candidate will foster scientific curiosity, oversee safe laboratory experiments, and prepare students for academic success in the biological sciences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive lesson plans covering core concepts such as cellular biology, genetics, ecology, evolution, and anatomy.
• Plan, supervise, and direct hands-on laboratory experiments in accordance with standard safety guidelines.
• Evaluate student academic progress through assignments, lab reports, examinations, and practical projects.
• Differentiate instruction to accommodate diverse learning styles and academic needs.
• Maintain a structured, safe, and supportive classroom environment conducive to active learning.
  Communicate regularly with parents, department heads, and school administration regarding student growth and performance.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Life Sciences, or Secondary Science Education (Master’s degree preferred).
• Licensure: Valid state/national teaching certification or credential specializing in secondary science.
• Experience: 2+ years of teaching experience at the secondary school level preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong familiarity with lab equipment, safety protocols, and modern educational tools (LMS platforms, interactive displays).
• Soft Skills: Exceptional classroom management, strong verbal and written communication, and adaptability.
