Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality biology lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Design engaging, interactive, and inclusive learning activities that accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
• Prepare students for internal and external examinations, including providing revision support and targeted interventions.
• Promote scientific thinking and inquiry through laboratory experiments, fieldwork, and practical demonstrations.
• Create a safe and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Maintain discipline in accordance with the school’s behavior policy.
• Attend departmental meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school functions.
• Participate in continuing professional development and contribute to the broader life of the school.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor Degree qualification with at least 2 years work experience.
