Biologist at Naxawellness

Your Role

• As a Clinical Biologist, you'll work closely with our clinical team to bridge scientific research with patient care. You'll play an important role in helping us develop evidence-based treatment strategies and continually improve the quality of care we provide.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Reviewing and interpreting laboratory investigations
• Conducting scientific literature reviews and translating research into clinical practice
• Supporting practitioners with root-cause analysis and case discussions
• Assisting in developing and reviewing treatment protocols
• Researching herbs, nutrients, and emerging evidence in functional and integrative medicine
• Contributing to clinical documentation, patient education, and quality improvement initiatives
• Supporting product research and protocol development where required

Who We're Looking For

• We're looking for someone who is naturally curious and enjoys asking "Why?" before accepting the obvious answer.

You should have:

• A degree in Biology, Human Biology, Biomedical Science, Medical Laboratory Science, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Physiology, or another closely related field
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent scientific research and writing abilities
• An interest in preventive, functional, or integrative healthcare
• A desire to continuously learn and contribute to innovative healthcare solutions
• Previous clinical or research experience is an advantage, but we're equally interested in candidates who demonstrate strong scientific thinking, initiative, and a willingness to grow.
