Job Description:

• Oversee all aspects of patient billing, including the creation of invoices, processing of payments, and management of patient accounts.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all billing activities and maintain up-to-date records of financial transactions.
• Address and resolve patient inquiries regarding billing, explaining charges, and providing detailed breakdowns when necessary.
• Work closely with insurance companies for claims processing and follow-up on unpaid claims to minimize delays in payment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in medical billing, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of medical billing procedures and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in medical billing software and MS Office, especially Excel.
