Bilingual Communicator & Sales at CITCC Nigeria Limited

Job Objective

• To provide support to the Marketing team with regards to translation/Communication in French – English and vice versa for the implementation of marketing strategies.

Functions & Responsibilities

• Translate French documents to English and vice versa
• Write correspondence/documents in French as the case may be
• Support Marketing team in treating French related documents and French speaking clients
• Engage in New and Existing Client Relationship Management
• Deliver well-structured presentation to prospects introducing our solutions and services
• Periodic oral and virtual presentation to existing clients on our specific service offerings
• Ability to manage key accounts efficiently
• Carry out Effective Client Communication Management to both French and English speaking Clients
• Give oral and written report on customer needs, challenges, competitive activities and potentials for new products and services
• Liaise with Technical team to Clarify client’s requirements

Work Experiences

• Industry Background: 3 years cognate experience
• Fluency in Reading, Speaking and writing of French
• Translation of documents from French – English and English to French

Professional Requirements

Educational Qualifications

BA in French or Linguistics with a specialization in French. Certification in French to determine proficiency in French will be an added advantage
