    Bike Sales Representative

    Job Objective

    • Execute daily sales routes to achieve territory targets and ensure optimal product availability at all outlets.

    Core Deliverables

    • Achieve daily/weekly sales targets through effective van sales operations
    • Ensure 100% product availability at all assigned outlets (wholesale/retail)
    • Activate products at point of sale through effective merchandising
    • Build strong relationships with retailers to increase sell-out

    Key Responsibilities

    • Execute pre-planned daily sales routes efficiently
    • Manage cash collection and stock reconciliation
    • Monitor competitor activities and report findings
    • Maintain accurate sales records and reports
    • Ensure proper product rotation and expiry management

    Requirements

    • 2+ years in field sales (FMCG experience preferred)
    • Valid driver's license with clean record
    • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
    • Physical stamina for loading/unloading products
    • Basic numeracy and reporting skills
