Job Description

• Responsible to identify opportunities for bid submissions, develop bid-winning strategies, conduct research, write and edit proposals, negotiate with stakeholders, and win bids
• In this role, you will identify opportunities for bid submissions, develop bid-winning strategies, conduct research, write and edit proposals in a timeous manner, negotiate with stakeholders, and ensure we win the bids
• Ideal candidates should demonstrate a sound understanding of the facility management industry and the built-up environment, and be able to communicate and negotiate with various stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or another relevant discipline.
• Must be able proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, PowerPoint MS Word
• Experience as a bid writer is advantageous.
• Excellent industry knowledge and a willingness to keep up with trends.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Deadline-driven and committed to excellence.
