Job Summary

• Are you technically skilled and detail-oriented? Do you have hands-on experience working in a batching plant environment? We are looking for a Batching Plant Assistant Operator to support efficient concrete production, ensure timely plant operations, and maintain high-quality output for our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the lead operator in running daily batching plant operations
• Ensure accurate measurement and mixing of concrete materials according to set ratios
• Monitor equipment, report malfunctions, and assist with routine maintenance
• Load and discharge materials safely and in compliance with plant protocols
• Keep records of production, delivery logs, and material consumption
• Assist in calibrating batching equipment and troubleshooting issues
• Maintain cleanliness and safety around the plant area
• Coordinate with site teams for prompt dispatch and delivery of concrete

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a batching plant or ready-mix concrete environment
• Knowledge of batching operations, aggregate and cement handling, and concrete mix designs
• Basic mechanical and technical skills for plant equipment handling
• Strong sense of responsibility, safety, and punctuality
• Ability to work in a high-paced, physically active environment
• A team player with good communication skills
