We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Barber to join our grooming team in a fast-paced retail environment.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about grooming, up-to-date with modern trends, and committed to delivering excellent service that ensures customer satisfaction and repeat business
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and grooming services to clients.
Consult with clients to understand their grooming preferences and recommend suitable styles.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and the salon area in compliance with health and safety standards.
Manage appointment schedules and reduce client wait times.
Stay updated on industry trends, grooming techniques, and new products.
Upsell grooming products and services to customers where applicable.
Ensure a friendly, welcoming atmosphere that enhances customer experience.
Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve minor complaints promptly.
Follow company procedures for cash handling or POS transactions (if required).
Participate in promotional activities or events organized by the store.
Requirements
Minimum of SSCE or relevant vocational training.
Proven experience as a Barber in a salon or retail grooming outlet.
Candidate must live close to the locations
Excellent grooming skills in cutting, styling, shaving, and beard care.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time in a high-traffic setting.
Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
