    • Assisting customers with processing transactions such as deposits,withdrawals and transfers.
    • Resolving complaints and account discrepancies.
    • Informing customers about bank products and services.

    Job Requirements

    • Excellent cash handling experience.
    • Exceptional attention to details and time management.
    • High level of accountability, efficiency and accuracy.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skill.
    • Excellent knowledge of Ms word and excel.
