Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, mixing, and shaping doughs and batters according to recipes.
• Support in the baking and finishing of breads, pastries, and cakes to maintain consistent quality.
• Measure and portion ingredients with precision to minimize waste and preserve authenticity.
• Help maintain freshness and presentation standards for all bakery products.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment at all times.
• Assist with stock management of bakery ingredients and supplies.

Requirements

• SSCE, OND, or equivalent qualification (a certificate in catering, pastry, or baking is an advantage).
• 0–2 years of experience in baking, pastry, or culinary arts (passion and willingness to learn are key).
• Genuine interest in artisan baking and a drive to develop professional skills.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and respect for traditional baking methods.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately while also contributing new ideas.
• Team player with good communication and time-management skills.
