About the Role

• We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Backend Engineer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems, APIs, and services.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to build seamless user experiences.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
• Implement best practices in software development, testing, and CI/CD processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer or Software Developer.
• Strong proficiency in one or more backend languages/frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, Go, PHP, .NET).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
• Strong knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
