Job Description

• We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with 2 – 3 years of experience to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be proficient in Java, capable of building and maintaining scalable backend systems, and experienced in enhancing existing applications.
• You should have a strong grasp of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and best coding practices, with a proven ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provider level 2 technical support for applications
• ⁠Enhance existing application (new features and bug fixes)
• ⁠Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• ⁠Design, implement, and maintain Java-based applications
• ⁠Write clean, scalable, and efficient code.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and demos.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2 -3 years of experience as a Backend Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks
• Ability to write well-structured, maintainable, and testable code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
