Build and maintain effective relationships with key and potential clients, interact with business partners and provide expert knowledge and support to ensure operational excellence and standard application of operating standards.
Participate in negotiations and become a key player in administering contractual agreements with clients in different regions.
Provide the Company with business/sales intelligence related to own area of responsibility and help the Company's performance
Key player in budgeting and sales volume planning, tracking and reporting, and compiling relevant reports for management use.
Stay abreast of industry compliance requirements and update all internal policies, processes, and procedures accordingly.
Requirements:
4+ years of sales experience, preferably in SAAS.
Experience selling On-Demand, SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions or subscription-based products is a plus.
Experience in entrepreneurial environments and the flexibility to work in both highly structured corporate settings and less structured startāup environments.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation.
Consistent track record for achieving set target metrics with a proven ability to drive the sales processes from PLAN to CLOSE.
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
Strong innovative, creative, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
