About the role
The Head of Growth position will serve as the connection between management and the Growth (Sales) team, ensuring that growth objectives are correctly defined, effectively stated, and aggressively carried out. You will take ownership of the entire process and make sure that the marketing and sales activities fulfill the company's business objectives by working from the top of the sales funnel to the bottom.
In order to drive prospects through the sales funnel, the job is responsible for developing and managing a team that focuses on customer acquisition and retention. This team uses both inbound/outbound techniques and online/offline approaches. You will continuously gather data to monitor and enhance all phases of the sales process, locating bottlenecks and boosting automation.
