Key Responsibilities

• Checking and recording patients’ vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
• Observing patients and reporting changes in their condition to the supervising nurse.
• Assisting with patient mobility, positioning, and transfers.
• Maintaining cleanliness and comfort of patients and their immediate environment.
• Assisting nurses with basic procedures and treatments as directed.
• Providing basic wound care or dressing assistance within their training and scope of practice.
• Collecting and documenting patient information accurately.
• Supporting medication administration only when permitted by local regulations and under appropriate supervision.
