Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Electrician to join our technical team. 
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair of electrical systems in both civilian armored and military-grade vehicles. 
• A strong background in automotive electrical systems and the ability to work with specialized defense equipment is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical faults in vehicles, including armored systems and defense-grade electronics
• Install and maintain wiring, lighting, GPS, communication systems, and other electronic components
• Ensure compatibility of electrical systems with armored configurations
• Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Install and calibrate control units, battery systems, alarms, alternators, and starters
• Assist in the integration of specialized equipment such as sirens, military radios, and surveillance systems
• Collaborate with mechanical and fabrication teams to ensure seamless system integration
• Maintain accurate service records and report potential design flaws
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards related to defense and armored systems

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / Trade Test III in Auto Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
• 3+ years of proven experience as an Auto Electrician, preferably in the automotive or defense sector
• Excellent understanding of modern vehicle electronics and diagnostic tools
• Ability to work independently and within a team under minimal supervision
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with armored or heavy-duty vehicles is a strong advantage
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Physical fitness and ability to work in various conditions.
