Auto Electrical Engineer at Ascentech Services Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair advanced electrical faults in vehicles and heavy equipment
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot wiring systems, alternators, starters, batteries, lighting, and control modules
• Diagnose and program ECUs, sensors, CAN bus systems, and onboard diagnostic (OBD) systems
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on automotive electrical systems
• Interpret complex wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
• Use advanced diagnostic tools and automotive software systems
• Supervise junior technicians where required and provide technical guidance
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Maintain detailed service records and technical reports

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree, HND, or technical certification in Auto Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5–8 years’ hands-on experience in automotive electrical systems (cars, trucks, fleet vehicles, or heavy equipment)
• Strong experience with diagnostic equipment and electronic control systems
