Diligently carry out audit review as may be assigned during audit exercise or assignment by audit team lead.
In conjunction with audit team lead, follow up with auditees for prompt submission of all records required for audit review based on request list submitted after audit opening meetings.
Participate in audit review activities
Reporting
Communicate audit findings by preparing audit exception reports
Follow up with auditee for prompt response to audit exceptions
With audit team lead’s guidance, play active roles in the generation of data required for audit analysis.
Carry out adequate audit review free of error, mistakes or omission.
Evolve and suggest improved internal control policy, processes & procedures based on audit review & audit exceptions.
Others
Preparation and dissemination of audit review meeting resolutions.
Assist in proper filling of audit working papers physically and electronically
Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
First Degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics
Membership of recognized relevant professional body like ICAN added advantage
