Audit Associate at Egatee Online Ecommerce

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in external audit engagements from planning through to completion 
• Review financial statements and assess accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting and auditing standards 
• Perform audit testing, document findings, and prepare audit working papers and reports 
• Identify risks and control gaps, and provide practical recommendations for improvement 
• Liaise with clients to obtain documentation and resolve audit queries 
• Ensure all audit work is completed within agreed timelines and quality standards 

Requirements: 

• Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in external audit – this is essential 
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, IFRS, and auditing standards 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting/audit tools 
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills 
• Strong organizational and time management abilities 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
