Audio / Broadcast Engineer at Highland Church

Job Summary

• Are you an expert in audio and sound engineering? We're looking for a talented individual to manage and enhance the sound experience for both our physical services and online broadcasts.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and operating audio equipment for services and events
• Mixing and balancing sound levels for clarity and consistency
• Managing live streaming and broadcast operations for online audiences
• Setup Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with the sound system and broadcast
• Coordinating with musicians, worship leaders, and the media team for optimal sound and visual integration
• Training volunteers and team members on sound system and broadcast operation

Requirements

• An education qualification in audio engineering or related discipline.
• Proficiency in operating digital and analog mixing consoles, sound systems, and streaming equipment (e.g., Behringer, Allen & Heath, Yamaha, OBS Studio, Wirecast etc.).
• Proven experience in live sound engineering and broadcasting
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues under pressure
• Experience in operating and maintaining broadcast equipment
• 3-5 years proven working experience as an Audio Engineer
