Responsibilities:

Identify their strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning to provide valuable insights that inform our business strategy. Your ability to dissect the competitive landscape will be instrumental in guiding our decisions.
• User Interviews and Research: Conduct user interviews and gather feedback to gain a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points. Utilize this information to improve our products and services, ensuring that they meet and exceed customer expectations. Your insights will drive innovation and customer satisfaction.
• Card Issuance Operations: Take charge of the card issuance process, ensuring its smooth operation. This includes overseeing card production, activation, and timely delivery to customers. Your attention to detail and efficiency will be critical in this aspect of the role.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required. This educational foundation will provide you with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in this role.
• Competitor Analysis Experience: Proven experience in conducting competitor analysis and market research is essential. Your ability to gather and analyze data on competitors will be pivotal in shaping our strategy.
