Assurance Unit Manager at George Houston Resources Limited

We are currently recruiting for the role of an assurance unit manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving the Unit’s  business goals through quality recruitment and training of Financial Advisers

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of insurance agents or advisors.
• Set sales targets for the team and monitor their progress. 
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed unit targets.
• Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Assist clients with policy management, claims, and issue resolution.
• Ensure the team adheres to all company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements: 

• Bsc/HND in Insurance or any related field
• Previous experience in similar role
• Good Leadership and communication skills
